New solo CD from Russell Gray ; THE ARBAN COLLECTION

A new CD called THE ARBAN COLLECTION has been released.
Russell Gray performs 9 of the 18 solos found at the back of the 'method'.
He plays on one of Arban's own cornets and is accompanied by the Fodens Richardson Band.

I thought I'd just post a quick note to say what a great service I had from WorldofBrass. Ordered a couple of copies of this CD last Tuesday (no, I didn't get a free one!!) and they arrived the very next day.
As one was for a present on the Friday I actually got in touch with WoB to check the status on the Tuesday afternoon, only an hour or so after I'd placed the order on their website, only to be told that the two CD's had already been prepared for dispatch.

I bought this Cd via another source(sorry WoB) but I would have to say this is one of the best Cds I have ever heard. You just have to listen to it whilst following the part in your Arban. For me it almost rates along side Carnival by Wynton Marsalis. Cant wait for the 2nd edition. Well played Mr Gray.

Glad you enjoyed the CD. It is proving to be a BIG seller and, hopefully, some more tMP members will buy it as a result of your recommendation!
There will be quite a wait for volume 2 as we are working on lots of other projects at the moment.
