I love beef but only if it's cut extremely thin!

Can't stand pork - it's horrible (in my opinion)

Just reminded me I'm going home to home cooked food this weekend.... Yaye for roasts!

Err... beef or lamb for me. Our lamb gets grown in the field behind our garden though... Not a big fan of pork in a roast, or turkey ever. Chicken's alright with a load of gravy.... mmmmm food....

    I'd rank them this way:
    1) Beef 2) Chicken 3) Pork 4) Turkey and 5) Lamb is bad off the charts as it makes me ill.

If i had to go for just one it would have to be pork, although I like lamb for a change, and duck or goose for special occasions ;)

I've also added a poll for you, ian.

Beef first - Favorite cut is a NY strip sirloin, cooked MR, yum.

Second choice would be what we call an "Iowa Chop".. A Pork Chop, cut about 1 1/2 thick with a nice large tenderloin on it.

I've found an interesting alternative.....Ostrich. Every sunday on our local Market there is an Ostrich stall. They Cook ostrich burgers to take away and you can buy it fresh. Steaks, Sausages, Burgers, Mince and roasting Joints. I made a cottage pie but used Ostrich instead of beef the other day and it was quite nice, and it's a lot healthier too.

Still, Can't beat a nice roast Beef/Lamb/Chicken/Pork. I like them all equally as much. I can't choose which is my favourite!!

On the subject of meats, I just heard a comedian talking about proposing a new slogan for the US Pork Industry Promotion Board. He Proposes:

"Pork, banned by 3 religions so it MUST be good."
