Yamaha F tuba for Trade or Sale

    For adventurous folk who venture outside the brass band world I have a very nice Yamaha 621 F in lacquer. SN 100356

    For those who don't know, the 621 F is a small tuba physically but it sounds rather like a big Euph in F (depending how you approach it of course). The valves are front-action: 4 pistons with a thumb operated 5th rotary valve. EXTREMELY open in the low register and it truly sings in the high register - AND it's in tune and easy to play which a lot of F's aren't.

    Ideally looking to swap for a Besson 980/981/982.
    I'd also consider selling - throw me an offer.

    The 621 was formerly owned by Portuguese virtuoso Sergio Carolino so it has a first-rate pedigree and plays very well indeed.
