Just a thought, how many of you are going to the Wychavon Festival of Brass this year? Wem are going, competing in the 3rd section. Looking forward to it, it's always a good day out no matter what the result is. Hope to see some tMPers there!!

I would have loved to go-went last year and thought it was a really good day but unfortunately I am away on a free weekend away... couldn't really turn that down could i??? Flix also have a concert at Delph Band Club in the evening of the 28th which I am gonna have to make it back for. Is it being held at that School still this year? I heard it was having no beer tent (not to put a dampener on the day or anything! )

2 hours after the results and 3 hours before the results. Plenty of time for some socialising I think Jo

I'm aiming to get across for a while. Which venue is it this time and what are the kick off times for each section?

Pershore High School, Station Road, Pershore

The third section kicks off at 10.00 a.m. so I would imagine this is the first section on.

As Dronfield is miles and miles from Wychavon we've of course got drawn first in the fourth section :x Have to be in Pershore for a rehearsal at 8:45. Look forward to seeing some tmpers (hope some of you are in the audience when we play, bit depressing playing to nobody, though probably good for our nerves).

Is anybody travelling further than us?

I'm sure Rachel put that bit in about no bar just to freak me out, knowing how much store I set by such things.

You'll be able to recognise us, cos we'll be the ones asleep at the bar from having left Sheffield before 6:00.
