OK, getting closer, with two rehearsals a day between now and Friday the 10th, and still the question has not been answered.

Which exit on the M25 do you take to get into Harrogate?

Not sure which junction it is but you want the one that gets you onto the M1 north, drive a fair old distance (past Leeds) and follow the signs in to (pronounced as the locals pronounce it) Harrow-gate

Or maybe go the A1 and come off near Wetherby, that will save you having to cut through Leeds during rush hour (assuming you will be arriving early evening on the Friday).

My way for getting to Harrogate is going to Matlock.....

    and getting on a bus.......

Maybe you could lift share with someone so one can map read while the other drives?

    M1 from London to Jct 32 (M18).
    M18 to Jct 2 (A1(M)).
A1(M) and A1 then follow the signs to Harrogate when they appear.

Cuts out the roundabouts on the A1 in Lincs, and the sometimes hellish traffic around Leeds on the M1

Therefore, my answer to the poll is Junction 21! ;)
