So, 4barsrest and the British Bandsman both said that Carlton Main were using Phil Cobb on Solo Cornet- but the earlier announcement some months ago said they were using his elder brother, Matt!....

Just wondering- which one was playing for them??

Well, he did tell me he was going to be playing there... but wondered if there was a last minute change as everyone reported 'Philip from the ISB'.....

Short notice or not, I thought he and Kirsty produced one of the best accounts of the duet on the day. It was mazing how many bands seemed to have a problem in getting two cornets to play together!
