    Though I realise you spoke in jest, that is one of the pieces which I simply have to leave alone out of respect for how truly heart-stopping it is, and how that would inevitably render inferior any transcription of it I could do.

    Brass band wise. The devil and the deep blue sea. But hard going.

    Christmas Music with the Choir of The Sixteen, Harry Christophers.

    There was this great programme on BBC4, on Friday night, featuring this choir and the mnusic of Tomas luis de Victoria. Whose 500th anniversary of his birth is being widely celebrated.

    I have also seen this choir live, earlier on this year. Well worthy acuiriong tickets for a concert of theirs!
