    Trumpet Tune - Purcell
    Trumpet Voluntary - Boyce
Trumpet Tune from Te Deum - Charpentier
    Trumpet Voluntary - Stanley
Prince of Denmarks March (Trumpet Voluntary) - Clarke
    La Réjouissance - Handel
Hornpipe from the Water Music - Handel
Marche pour la Ceremonie des Turcs - Lully

If you want to hear these, you should be able to find them at . Failing that, get in touch with me.

Ask around your friends whether anyone has the "Old English Trumpet tunes" book which you can borrow - this has most of the above and has piano acompaniment which any organist worth their salt would be able to make work on the organ. Another good book is "Trumpet in Church" arranged for Trumpet and organ/piano by Shirley Denwood. This has the Bridal march and Wedding march.

    Hope these help.

(PS someone suggested they play - "Don't get around much any more" at mine?!*)

Does it have to be traditional/classical? Or just written for trumpet?
