I am wanting to make something with vegetables in and was wondering if anyone has any recipes of vegetably things that I can make.
In my cupboard, I currently have broccoli, parsnips, carrots, potatoes and peas, so something incorporating all of those things would be good.
I am however able to walk down to the local Co-op or Sainsbury's to get additional ingredients (as long as it's nothing too expensive or obscure).
So what exciting, tasty things can I make out of vegetables?

    :)

Hmmmmmmm…although the name sounds impressive, I'm thinking this recipe might just produce a sludgy slushy mess, rather like baby food!
    ( I also don't own a blender :( )

Yeh, sounds good…I was thinking of maybe doing a stir-fry or some sort of vegetable bake type thing…not overly keen on noodles though…could do it with rice…but I've eaten lots of rice recently…I guess a baked thing would be slightly healthier as well... :-?

My housemate convinced me to do that this evening! Such a rip off though I think! It was £22 for 2 pizzzas and a bottle of coke :eek::eek: when all it is is a bit of dough with cheese and stuff on top, and really doesn't taste that great anyway! (and Co-op do pizzas for £2/3, which taste much nicer)
