Tuba and Oboe?

    Sounds okay (listening to it now) but what about balancing the trio in a live setting? (and was it recorded using the Garritan patches?)

    Yes. Seems they think woodwinds are somehow so dominant to brass.

    Hi Ken,
    A friend pointed me to this thread, as I'm the unusual combination of an oboe and euphonium player!

    I think it works really well, especially the end passage with just the tuba and oboe. It would be interesting to see how the balance would be live (any tuba players fancy giving it a whirl?) Certainly an unusual addition to a band programme !

    Pleasant enough.
    It would be nicer if the Tuba was better balanced.
