    Hi all,

We currently have an opening in our band for a Bb Trombone player due to our current playing leaving through work commitments. Our group is an 8 piece Soul, Blues, Funk, Pop and Rock band with a line up comprising of Guitar, Bass, Drums, Female singer, 2x Bb trumpets and a tenor Sax.

We play gig's ranging from Pubs and Clubs, to Birthdays, weddings and corporate events and also charity events. Our group is made up of some very experienced players which includes two Music teachers (who arrange our music), a trumpet player with over 20 years brass band experience and a bassist with over 30 years playing experience to name a few.

We rehearse near Manchester city center on Monday evenings (but can be flexible on this) which has plenty of parking. How the band works is we all contribute £3 for the rehearsal room when its needed, but split the gig fee's between us all, which can range from between £20 per gig per person for a pub and up to £50 - £100 for a wedding or birthday per person.

For more information on the band please see http://www.souldoutband.co.uk.

If you are interested, please email me on da7thson@hotmail.co.uk or telephone 0787 6528016 evenings or weekends.

    Kind regards

    Andy

Sorry, made a typo on the contact details. Email address should be da7thson@hotmail.com and not as above.

In addition we have a gig in just over a month so will need someone in ASAP to practice in the region of 24 songs.

    Thanks

    Andy

Maybe worth putting an ad on the British trombone society website/facebook page!
