Your Honour, I thank you for your consideration.

Just to clarify - if one has voted in the first poll, can one vote again?

    Thank you.

    Counsel for the Prosecution

aaah but yonhee two wrongs don't make a right, and vicki would probably be the one that would end up in trouble for it, if she did that!

Your Honour, as this is a legal thread, is it contempt of court to post off topic?

    Posts 9, 10, 11 and 12 refer.

Excuse me Your Great and Bountiful Balefulness, but unless you are referring to another case, you are mistaken. Judge John has imposed no reporting restrictions.

The rest is garbage, mixing bad Latin with clichéd French and fake cases. (Crown and Sceptre! Sounds like a variant on a well known test piece. Boston Legal! Or is it “Legale de la Paris”? And Berlioz is in there somewhere…)

Then again, if Monsieur Pierre is real he’s obviously French (!!!) so I expect he probably makes a living as a farmer, milking the PAC, and thus having plenty of time to interfere in the British Justice system whilst sunning his back next to a wine lake.

Although I would not normally wish to take issue with such a learned expert on legal affairs, I must protest regarding the case of The Crown v. Sceptre. Indeed it has been cited at least as frequently as its companion, The Crown v. Orb, Imperial and Mace, as argued most eloquently by l'Avocat Henri Cinq.

I am certain that both he and Monsieur Pierre would relish the opportunity to debate this issue further at Brussels at your earliest convenience.
