Contest music for a festival march prelude to a comedy overture for brassband boogie boogie bugle boy9 :p

  11. Is the aim to have a sentence that scans / means something (Dinies 'dove' one seems to all link together well) or just a linkage of titles? I came up with this but I'm damned if I know what it means.

A Joyous Sound the Trumpets Wild West Country Fantasy for Brass Band Blues on the march praise be to god save the king of elflands daughter

[12, assuming using GSTK doesn't count as treason]

p.s. I did toy with the idea of adding "major scale in the key of A" at the beginning which would then open up a lot of further avenues, but it's time to go to band.

  16. I did come up with a similar one with "sound the trumpets" and "the trumpets sound" but couldn't work out how to stop typing so I didn't risk starting it. ;)

Not sure how this works exactly so I'll just add a song onto Dinie's post.
