When I was brought up during the '60s & '70s, there used to be more than a sprinkling of 'westerns' on the telly. I used to enjoy them as a kid but now have no time for them at all. Music-wise, I cannot seem to listen to reggae any longer although I still have a wide, varied & eclectic musical taste! Is there anything you used to enjoy in younger years and cannot stomach nowadays?

    The beer at Pontins ;)

And surely you can't mean it about westerns? - what about "The Outlaw Josey Wales or "Unforgiven"?

    - all of them just turn me off completely, films and series. . It's been like this for a few years now! And to think back to my childhood, the likes of Bonanza, High Chapparal & The Virginian were always watched.

    Science Fiction/fantasy novels.
Its only when you start reading other genres that you realise how bad the majority of it is.

Old episodes of Doctor Who - loved them as a kid but the cheap effects, the over-acting, the ridiculous costumes and the paper-thin plots make them unwatchable now.
