    I havent listened to the link but I think its gonna be this guy, he has done dozens of parodies and they are pretty funny.

    Hehe I goy my dad to listen to it he says its silly :p My mums obsessed with ebay though Ill have to get her to listen to it :D

    Yes, as the image shows it is indeed from the maestro Weird Al on his album Poodle Hat - well worth a listen!. There is also floating around the internet a mash-up called Ebay-I need your lovin' which mixes Ebay with the Four Tops Baby I Need Your Lovin'. It is credited to DJ B.S. who is, I'm reliably informed by some Stateside Al fans is none other than Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz who is Weird Al's drummer.

    A couple of great tracks from the album are "Bob" a Dylan tribute where all the lines of the song are palindromic (e.g. - Never odd or even, If I had a hi-fi, Madam I'm Adam, Too Hot To Hoot... absolute gibberish but v. clever) and "Couch Potato" a parody of "Lose Yourself" by Eminem.
