I am looking for an arrangement of Swing Low for solo trombone which I heard on a Fairy Band recording. I have looked in Banks and on the Internet without success. I have no idea who the arranger or composer is but it isn't the one currently on sale for bass trombone. This may be out of print but I would like to play it at an entertainments contest in Septemeber. I f anyone has any information or a copy they would like to sell please PM me.

Got that recording, the arranger is John J Morrissey.

There's also a company called EMI Harmonies. No idea if thats the publisher or a licence etc.

I know that Eccles Borough Band have it, as I played it a few times when i was there. Maybe worth giving them a mail on their website.

Yeah thats def the one but goog e searches arn't bringing anything up. Seems as though he is American and was arranging from 1940 onwards so unlikely to be still going now. Thanks anyway :)
