Summer programme

During the summer - every band does summer engagements such as playing in parks/fetes etc to raise funds. And generally a list of pieces is prepared and kept in folders for these engagements.

What kind of material (marches, songs, themes etc) does the average 2nd section band play at these events?
That's like asking 'how long is a piece of string?' but given that most bands play for around two hours (with a 10 minute break) - the repertoire will be based on the band's ability, and in particular there ability to sustain the lip for two hours.

I don't think anything I've written above makes sense......can someone give me a sample of their summer programme?

    Thanks.
