Ok then Spring Lamb is now in the shops, as your Mouthpiece Resident Butcher.
What cut have you had and how much did you pay for it plus do you think its worth the money.
Myself i do not think so.

We has spring lamb for Easter, our butcher had forgotten to put aside the lamb joint we had ordered and so gave us the spring lamb leg joint for the same price as normal lamb.

I'm not sure how much it should have cost but I certainly would have paid a couple of pounds more than we did as it was fantastic

As a welsh bird with field of sheep....we often have some lamb.
I think half a premium, home grown, Twigge loved (in a none rude way) welsh lamb is about £25.

haven't had any yet this year, but usually we get a lamb from the farmer in our village... no idea how much it costs but it's a lot less than getting bits separately from a butcher...
