    Hi There. Our band has recently got out Star and stripes. Problem is, we don't have the sop obligato bit for it.
    Does anybody have a copy, I need one ASAP? If somebody has one that they could scan and e-mail to me, PM me please.
    Thanks for reading.

    2 points: firstly, the soprano part may vary according to which arrangement you have;

    secondly, scanning a part is illegal, as is any other form of copying. The loan or gift of spare part is, of course, acceptable.

    But the march was written in 1896, so it's in the public domain. A freehand copy of the obligato part should be okay.

    Arranger? It just says sousa.

    I didn't realise the scan part was illegal, so apologies for that. I'm after a loan or gift then if anybody can help.

    You can access the piccolo part that it is in the Public Domain (although the disclaimer does ask the viewer to check his/her own country's copyright laws) here.
