I heard about this this morning...shocking!
But what brilliant advertising, it's been on national news all day. I'm so stupid that I'll buy a packet of smarties when the new packets come out just because it's something new!

I better go an buy lots from the shop while theyre still in round tubes the shop guy will think ive gone mad but never mind.
Just followed your link, when I heard it on the radio this morning I didn't think they meant like that! I thought they meant a flat hexagon that was about 1-2 smarties deep...how wrong i was!
But then they wuldnt be able to put anything in it

Are they gonna make it hexagonified for the big tubes of smarties aswell?

What's wrong with the world? You would have thought Nestle like the fact that kids etc spill them when they take the top off. It means you have to buy another tube. I think a day of mourning will be needed!
Not only have Nestle wrecked Kit Kats! They're now moving onto smarties! I'm thinking we protest, I mean I still haven't collected the full alphebet (spelt?) in smartie lids!!!!! I can't live knowing my collection may never be complete *runs and sobs in the corner*
opal fruits tasted soooo much better than startburst do and it was a much better name, why did they change it?
Y do they need to change the packet? Smarties in a hexagonolified box?!?! whatever next? green mars bars?
