I'll be there with the trade stand - come and say hello and buy lots of music. Plus we'll be launching our new CD at the contest as well (details to follow next week).

Our B Band will be there, in the B section I guess. Good luck to them!

Best of luck - at least you are in the "A" section without having had to endure a play-off to get there! ;)

Good luck everyone! We've got a practice booked at lunchtime, then have to hang around for hours before the draw (our secretary has been a naughty boy and told us its an hour before it actually is!!!!!).
Evidently there are 10 bands in the B competition, and 7 in the A competition. Thats good news for us, as we're at least guaranteed a better result than what we got in the last 3 competitions we entered! ;-)

Tilbury are in the A section. It's all very exciting :bounce! My first competition was the regionals so it'll be nice to hear people playing different things this time:biggrin:. And please buy Tilbury's CD cos it's really good (well, yeah, you'd hope so:oops: ).

Might be a slight wait for those - my band chose not to compete this year and I drove up to the Hawth to get the earlier section. As soon as I have the A section from the Association secretary it will be up on the site!

Congrats to the known winners so far!
