Can anyone think of any testpieces that are in "Sandwich Form"?
Where the piece can be divided into 3 sections, with the 1st and 3rd are almost identical.

    I've got 3

    Harrison's Dream
Land of the Long White Clouds
    Harmony Music

I seem to remember 'Atlantic' by Wilby ending almost identically to how the piece began.

Not one of Wilby's best...but still excellent none the less. :D

Much more clever is Philip Harper's The Sword, Jewel & Mirror, where the ending is the opening in reverse !!! Superb music.

In addition, plenty use this form on a medium scale. For example:

    'Jazz', Philip Wilby, 1st mvmt
'The Year of the Dragon', Philip Sparke', 2nd mvmt
'Rhapsody in Brass', Dean Goffin, 2nd mvmt (I think... Maybe my memory is playing tricks on me...)

    Plenty more I'm sure.
