What is the the most effective and best sounding transription/arrangement of Berlioz's roman Carinival Overture???

I recall only one, by Frank Wright. I think it's an exciting transcription and have always enjoyed listening to it.

That's the only one I know as well; good to play and listen to, providing you've got a euphonium player who's up to the challenge ;)
