    Rode Hall Silver Band

Friendly and ambitious 4th section band based in Scholar Green (between Congleton and Stoke on Trent).
Rehearsals are every Thursday in our own band room from 7:30-9:30 and are are well attended and productive.
We have a nice mix of local concerts and contests throughout the year, along with the Whit Friday Marches.

All brass (and percussion) players are welcome to come along, and instruments are available, but we would especially like to hear from:

CORNET Players: We almost have a full cornet section, but due to work and study commitments several players are part time or cannot do contests and we are often left seeking deps. Positions on front and back row can be made available.

SOLO HORN: Our solo horn player is keen to move onto solo cornet so this top seat is available to the right candidate. If you are up to the challenge then get in contact.

TROMBONE Players: Our bass trombone has recently moved out of the area (to Malaysia!), so we are looking to strengthen our trombone section. If you play tenor or bass trombone, then let us know.

All other instruments are also welcome to come along, for more information please get in touch: http://www.rodehallband.org.uk/contact-us/ or contact MD Nigel Butler on 07411 280034.
