Can anyone suggest a piece for cornet and bass soloists with brass band accompaniment?

If you want a more serious piece then something like

Vaughan Willliams Tuba concerto publsihed with brass band acc by Denis Wick's company.

    Denis Wright cornet concerto

Or are you looking for a duet featuring cornet & Tuba?

I want one piece featuring two soloists. Sorry for ambiguity in original question.

Isn't the technical term for this a "Duet" ?

The closest I can get is Foxtrot between friends for cornet and euphonium. I would think that the euph-part could be played in octave by an Eb bass or an octave down by a BBb bass.

isn't there one called "The Sublime and the Ridiculous"? I seem to remember that from a while ago, but it might be for sop and bass!

You're right Mike; it was composed under the pseudonym I. D. Ot and I have a CD played by the National Brass Band of Old Zealand!
