There's two cures for a broken heart - beer and banding. Sorry, but that's the way it is!

Put on Led Zep's Black Dog (is there a band arrangement of it?) and get a couple of Hoegaardens out the fridge.

Singing, or should i say wailing, to 'Sinead O'Conner - Nothing Compares to You' and 'Lee Anne Rimes - How do I Live Without You' every night for about a week should do the trick.... Not that Ive ever done that...obviously.

The old cliche about time healing all wounds happens to be true, even though it will not feel like it at the moment. I'm sure that most of us have been there at some time or another.

Yes. Not in any particular order:
    *Time
*Cheesy songs (I will Survive, Nothing Compares 2 U, I'm Still Standing, Comfortably Numb, Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life, etc...)
    *New lover
    *Band
*Outrageous flirting with anyone, animal, mineral or vegetable that crosses your path
    *Good mates/tMP

Dry yours eyes mate... plenty more fish in the sea, etc.

There's no one or right way to fix it. It's a personal thing. Do whatever works for you... but don't be afraid to let it all out!! Go on, have a wail!!

    (And a laaaaarge vodka!)

as other people have said, it is a very personal thing.. but basically, you just have to get over the person!

its easier said than done, i know, but time is a good healer, try not to think about the person. find something else to concentrate on.

if you dont mind me asking, how long where you going out?

Ok - seeing as it was you who asked for the advice. Consider it closed.
