The Princeton Brass Band, conducted by Dr. Steve Allen (Rider University), will be
giving a free concert (donations accepted) at the Yvonne Theater, Rider University
on Weds 4th at 7.30pm. The event is part concert, part open rehearsal as
the band will be playing 'The King of Elfland's Daughter' and 'The Land
of the Long White Cloud' in preparation for their trip to Louisville,
Kentucky for the 2007 North American Brass Band Championships. The open
rehearsal will include performances by the National Cornet Champion Amy
Nelson. The story behind 'Elfland' inspired Tolkien to write 'The Lord
of the Rings'. Not an event to be missed! See you for at great time on
    Wednesday.

Rider University is in Lawrenceville, NJ USA near Trenton. For directions,
please see the university web site at http://www.rider.edu.
