Trombone line up now complete at Carlton Brass

Wewelcome Kris Reeder who joins Carlton Brass on 2nd trombone. Kristopher is a semi-professional Trombonist and studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Robert Hughes (London Symphony orchestra). He has played at the Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall and Symphony Hall Birmingham to name but a few prestigious venues. Kris is in demand both as a Soloist, orchestral player, chamber musician and of course within the brass band world Kris has moved up to Nottingham University studying Law and has played with Hook Norton, Brackley and District, Stonesfield, City of Oxford and Towcester Studio bands since the age of 12. With his experience together with Alan Carlin and Kev Parkin we now have a powerful complete Trombone section.

Bestwood Black Diamonds would like to thank Kris for playing for us at NEMBBA and the Areas. He made a valuable contribution in both contests and we would like to wish him all the best in his new role at Carlton.
