    Hi all

i have been playing for several years now with false teeth (top set) and i have been using polygrip ultra to stop them moving about.

I don't know if you have heard of the Scottish cornet player called Tony Clucas, but his playing has survived for years using Wernets Ultra fixative powder.

Are all your top teeth missing, is it a full pallet? Or is it a pallet that fits around other teeth?
Reason I ask is that lost six front when I was 14 in a car accident 4 on the top, 2 on the bottom and I thought I'd never play again. I've got two pallets, they attach to all my other teeth.
I play soprano cornet for a top section band with no problems, purely because they are good fitting pallets that don't move when I play. I would have thought your dentist would be the best person to consult..... mine was clearly excellent!!
