What a shame to read that the British Open Solo & Quartet comp might not take place this year.... It's been growing steadily each year and is a great comp. http://www.4barsrest.com/news/detail.asp?id=13769 :(

    Too true.
Frank Hodges and his team are fantastic and I'm gutted for them.

Hopefully there'll be some positive news about this contest.

Just a thought - if you'd planned to do the Open and it still doesn't go ahead, why not come to Foden's comp? Pity to waste good practice time. And then, if the Open does gets a reprieve and goes ahead, you'll have been able to give your solo/quartet a run-out! :D
