    A cast of contemporary, pioneering musical and digital motion graphic artists to evoke, provoke and delight. Mixing state of the art digital techniques, contemporary underground musicians at their peak and the warmth of traditional brass bands, aBrassive serves up another diverse, energetic and refreshing collaborative charged gathering. Bringing together regional and national talent in an exciting venue for a special never-to-be-repeated event.

    + interactive VJ JOEY SCULLY
    Winter North Atlantic is the incredible music of Ed Carter. This live lineup includes Ged Benedict Robinson on drums, Mark Dixon on violin and mandolin and a one-off collaboration with Pittington Brass Band.

    Great stuff Pittington and what and night it will be, Acid Brass is still talked about all these years later and you are really breaking new ground with this, I will be there!

    I also can't wait to hear Spennymoore and Beat n Blow play on Saturday!

    Lanchester too in Streets of BRASS making sure our bands are at the heart of this international event.

    There also all the other local bands playing in the competitions and the DLI, opening up band rooms and playing across the County being part of a great two weeks.

    Well done you guys! reaching new audiances, keeping brass bang up to date and raising it's profile!

    It's great to have both the traditional, more contemporary and international brass bands all alongside each other.
