    Hello tMPers,

I have a new composition that I am making available to bands who wish to play it at concerts. I'm fairly new to this, so we'll see how it goes... If it gets enough interest I may offer it as a commission! Anyway, here is the scorch file: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/19877877/Aftermath.htm (when I play it back some parts don't play, I find this is solved by pausing and playing from that part again!)

If you are interested then let me know and I'll tidy up the score etc, for the moment I have just supplied the overall musical content!

    Cheers

Any chance of increasing the size of the score? ... it's too small to read.

Yeah I'll try rectify that! For the moment, I found that ctrl and scrolling in zoomed into the score!

That's a lot better, but my preference is to have scores not in landscape format unless A3 size is to be printed.

I have to say this is a stunning composition, even in Sibelius mode it sounds very impressive

This sounds really good in the Sibelius media player. Score looks playable for an amateur band too. Great stuff!

I would love a copy to try out at band. If parts and score could be sent to me via PDF that would be great!

Really interesting piece. While, as some have already said, it is playable by an average band (which is good), I think a group with a top band sound would make great work of the symphonic nature of it.

Any joy with forwarding the pdf's for the piece you were offering?

Is this piece still available please? I've not been on for a while, and just heard it!! I play in a 4th Section Band, and would love a copy to try out with them. If the parts and score could be sent to me via PDF I would be very grateful.
