You're in one of the most open sections of the 5

What odds will you give on bands withdrawing?

??? If a band withdraws I suppose it would shorten everyone else, by how much would depend on who was withdrawing of course

We're in agreement on the first 3 or 4 then, our opinions differ after that

Hi Paddy - how come we've lengthened? We played in and won at the O&DBBA ents contest at Burford a week ago [admittedly against a non-championship field], while those around us who haven't lengthened have not so far as I'm aware competed since your first list.

Just curious - I don't understand the method you're employing there...

I wasn't aware of that contest, could you provide me with a link to the results and i'll update odds. Thanks for letting me know

Not sure it will help much, as there were a lot of entries that mixed national section gradings and areas.

But my confusion is more basic - why did we lengthen when we effectively haven't competed and neither Bedford nor Wantage lengthened when they (so far as I'm aware) haven't competed either? Just a bookie's hunch?
