In Gregson's Of Distant memories, the harmon mute indication has (f-t) against. Not something I have seen before. Extended Tube, ET, No Tube, NT etc are clear but this one is new to me. Anyone know what he intended with this?

    Cheers

new one on me. as a wild guess "flutter tongue?" or misprint for ET? what do recordings sound like? remember gregson's classical background and experimentation!
