Is this the one that starts off with Spring from Peer Gynt?

I haven't got my copy to hand, but I've a feeling it's the Adrian Drover arrangement you're thinking of, recorded by Grimethorpe on "Stars in brass" (and also on the Listen to the Band "Reflections for brass" cd).

Yes - it's the Drover arrangement you want. Kirkintilloch have just recorded it for their new CD coming out in the autumn.

otherwise I think that the Barry Forgie arrangement is a really good arrangement. quite a swingy nice mood. (as he is the director of the bbc big band).
If you listen to the cd Black dyke plays beatles I think his arrangements is by far the best.
unfortunately just a few of them is available for ordering yet, due to the harsh copyright restrictions on beatles music.
