I would like to nominate the all new!

    www.marshfieldband.co.uk website.

Now in its third incarnation, it has been simplified with better graphics and information. The idea to keep it neat, tidy and simple (and hopefully effective). The look and feel edge away from the 'box' feel of most websites by having a rounded display.

    Any seconds.......?

It is very informative and Helen and Hadrian put in a lot of hard work
It is kept up todate which is more than you can say for most of the others I have seen

It is not just how good the website looks if it ain't up todate then it is not promoting the band very well

Tewkesbury's does all this and more

Ian! Under the following rule, the nomination for Black Dyke cannot be accepted this month.

    • Once a web site has been nominated, it must sit out a month before it can be nominated again.

I would like to nominate probably the oldest band site on the net, http://www.bandsman.co.uk/home.htm

Nigel Horne is in many ways the "grandfather" of the band world on the Internet having started the Brass Band Mailing List while 4br and tMp were still in short trousers! He and Gavin with the IBEW were the true pioneers of this wonderful medium.

Hardley anyone seams to be seconding!! all the webstes cant be that bad surley?
Well i'll do some seconding.......ill second the above site..kingdom brass.

    I might have seconded :

"I really think you should all take a look at the Tewkesbury Bad Website as I may have said be for it is kept well up to date and is very informative
    www.geocities.com/tewkesburyband"

However for some strange reason it causes my browser to crash so i only get a few seconds to look at it. (very odd)

If anyone cares to second www.marshfieldband.co.uk . Then that would be amazing.
