That sounds fantastic - are you taking bookings yet? I help my friends wife organise 'swingers' parties in the Macclesfield area and this would be a great ice-breaker at the start of the evening. Just 20 minutes or so playing next to the big bowl where everyone throws their car keys would be super, we could offer expenses, drinks and of course nibbles.

On a similar note, the first porn video I remember seeing as a youth had a Tijuana Brass soundtrack with Heb Alpert even appearing during the end credits - full clothed playing his trumpet in case you wondered.

They don't do porno soundtracks like they used to.

Indeed, I believe a lot of the music for this sort of thing is done on computers now but I suppose the film budgets are under pressure with directors/producers asking for more and more to be squeezed in to the same space for less money.

OK (bad taste jokes aside) good luck with the new project.
Herb Alpert used great arrangements of brilliant tunes.
Hope you can get decent money for the band to make your hard work worthwhile.
  14. "Whipped Cream"..............slurp.

Slightly disappointing that a fellow oap is not showing more support for the originator of this thread, and has waded into a serious discussion and used it as a platform for the expression of cheap inuendo and double entendres.

And you have nothing better to do than come out with your stupid replies. Had three replies from trumpet players on here that also have a brain to engage with. No more replies :)
