Long Eaton Silver Prize Band is delighted to announce 3 new players in readiness for the forthcoming area contest.

They are Mally Leivers on trombone who brings a wealth of experience from the RAF, Ransome’s, Teversal and Huthwaite, Simon Hooley on tuba who has previously played for Thoresby and Ransomes
and Dawn Bratby on tuned percussion, who joined the band just in time to help the rest of the percussion section win Best Percussion at the NEMBBA contest in Derby!

We hope they have a happy and successful association with the band.

Meanwhile the band wishes Vic Henton very best wishes as he recovers from his recent illness.
