I challenge you all in tMP world to an online round of the ever popular game "Mornington Crescent" :)

Those of you familiar with the radio show "I'm sorry I haven't a clue" will have no problem with the rules ;)

    I shall begin...............

    The Elephant and Castle...

Was it an Asian or African Elephant because they have different sized years.

(I don't think I get it either, but I'm trying)

The rest of you take a look at the thread he found :x

  8. Stephen,

Elephant and Castle's an awkward one to start on, but I reckon you could do "Monument" if you go via the escalators at Bank (if you play by the original rules).

How refreshing to have a decent thread rather than silly ideas like "random words beginning with....."

It certainley is (being an odd numbered date) Well done....

however i must retort with Blackfrairs

  15. Stephen, try to use some tactics - If I went to Oxford circus now then it wouldn't matter what anyone did I'd be able to get to Mornington crescent on my next move. Let me know if you need some tips on "tactical moves in general play" - I have a nice pamphlet on it somewhere.

I'll be generous this time and go to Liverpool Street.

Hold on, how can you go to Liverpool Street from Blackfriars when in spoon? Get a grip, iguana! ;-)
