Does anyone know if you can still buy manutape?

It's manuscript on about 1inch tape which is self adhesive when the backing paper is removed.

    Any ideas??

Manutape! The last time I used any of that was in the late seventies. I didn't realise that they still manufacture the stuff. Good luck in your quest, although I would think that you are more likely to stumble across Lord Lucan than find a roll of 'Manutape'.

Chris our conductor does tend to hoard things and is now down to her last 2 rolls - hence the search for "retro" stuff. :D

I'm at the Welsh Areas tomorrow so I'll have a look around the trade stands for you. If I see any I'll pick up a couple of Rolls.

PS: Please send Chris my best wishes. I haven't seen her for years.

I tried to buy some in 2003 but was told they no longer do it.

    Just a thought.....................

Could you make your own by printing stave lines on 'sticky labels' paper and cutting into strips?

Why not print leger lines, to suitable size, on adhesive-backed paper. Like stickers for addressing envelopes? You can get any size you want this way!

... or print off custom staves from Sibelius, Finale or whatever on to A4 label sheets. Visit a free manuscript site like here and print some off!
