Is the Khachaturian piece Lezghinka known by some other name?? I ask because a couple of places I've looked don't list it. However, Just Music does list a "Russian Dance" by Khachaturian arr Snell.

    Thanks for any help!

    Dear Lothian,

It's the last movement of GAYENEH: SUITE (arr. Snell). Have a look at:-

    http://www.rakeway-music.com/catalogue.html

where it's listed under BB41 and published by Boosey and Hawkes. Bernel should know of it, or Just Music in Scotland.

Thanks to both of you, Iain and Philip!!

I'm now on the right track, although just to add another level of confusion both Bernel and Just Music list it in their catalogues as "Khachaturian Suite"! Even more confusing, Just Music spells his name in the composer field as "Khatchaturian", with an extra T -- but just for this piece!! For all his other pieces they list he's spelled without it. We really need some standardized spellings if these computer searches are going to work!!! :-D

    Thanks again.
