I'm looking for an electronic keyboard to serve a couple of purposes
    i) general bit of fun for daughter who is grade 3 standard on piano
ii) Midi input device for son who is doing A level music

    Any ideas?

I'm a bit biased but I have a Korg and they have levels to suit beginners to experts to pro's. or a good Technics or Yamaha will suit. Pm if you want to know more

Probably no more than £150 so unfortunately it is unlikely to be a Korg!

well either the casio ctk 810 or the ctk900

both are touch sensitive and both with general midi.
the 810 has 515 onboard tones,120 rhythms and usb port for midi

the 900 has the ZPI sound sourse to deliver authentic piano, organ and synth sounds. Add to that a huge library of built in tines, rhythms and even a 6 track on board sequencer, mixer and powerful built in speakers.

    ctk 810 £149
    ctk 900 £199

if you would like a catalogue sending please pm me with your address.
