    Hi all,

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that could shed some light on a mouthpiece a friend of mine has. It's a cornet mp and the only markings on it are "made in England G 24".

If anyone could tell me the make or where I could get hold of one it would be greatly appreciated.

Not just now. It's got a flat ish rim and what looks like a very deep cup (doesn't feel like that though.)

A clue might be found here in an old description of a Besson 600 series cornet on eBay.

Here's a youtube video of the 600 cornet ... does the G24 resemble this one?

Unfortunately not. It's got a flatter rim that sits more like a wick heritage rim. Thanks for your help so far.
