I would like some ideas of music that I could play (for enjoyment and to help me improve) I play cornet and am roughly grade 3/4 standard! I want to play stuff that I know and would like a book that has lots of pieces I can try in so I don't get bored! Any Ideas?

Also Has anybody used the book Musical Postcards by Mike Mower? If so is it any good?

How about the music of Jim Parker? Got the themes from ground force and soldier soldier, etc.

There's the "Guestspot" playalong books in all sorts of different styles. I have the saxophone ones and the accompaniment CDs are fantastic! (and yes, they have them for trumpet/cornet too)
