    Hi All

Random question of the month time!

Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to get a set of runners/gliders for internal patio doors? I have called many of the local DIY stores; B&Q, Wickes etc, and none of them sell just the runners, only new sets of doors at £500+ yikes. The doors are straightforward patio doors, used internally from my lounge to the conservatory.

    Anyone have any ideas...?

Why not try local UPVc door and window manufacturer. these places build their own doors etc. so probably only buy in the hardware, which they may sell on to you.

If you can't find anywhere to buy just the runners, look in Yellow Pages under Double Glazing Repair - you might find someone who'll sell you the parts or you may have to get someone out to fit them for you.

If you can wait a bit, you may find a couple of spare runners out on Whit Friday ;) :)
