I am currently studying BTEC music (you get 4 GCSE's for this) and need some help!
Ive been advised to research warm-up methods e.g the Alexander Technique.
If you know of any please let me know.

I don't know anything about the music btec but I teach on the science btec first and national diploma. 'you have been advised to research" - make sure you are clear on the pass, merit and distinction criteria and you know exactly what you need to do. If your teacher has not given you a copy of this they should have! You can't just do general research as the criteria will be very specific - good luck
