Does anyone know anything about Handel Lancaster, composer of The Lonely Mill?

Or, at least, can anyone think of a better way I can introduce the piece than "well, now we have a piece by the composer Handel Lancaster, erm...whom I know nothing about. It's an overture called The Lonely Mill which, erm... well, I know nothing about either. Erm... well, anyhow, erm... it's quite a nice little piece...not sure where the mill is or why it's lonely, but, well...erm, we like it, and we hope you do too..."

I've tried asking Jeeves, and I've even Googled, but to no avail. Can any kind soul shed any light on Mr Lancaster?
