A Wednesday at short notice... all day ( bus left band room at 7.30 back at 22.15) in London, given that most of the band have day jobs - (except students) obviously led to deps ??????????? which I'm sure would have been the same for any band..

Benjamin Richeton played Sop - one of the bands solo cornet players...

It was probably the one that was proprietary to Grimey....can't remember...isn't it Catherall?

yes it is Catherall. Awesome arrangement. Unfortunately had to make a pretty big cut in it to make it fit in the programme! watch out again in march as the band will be back on the show, and also Grimethorpe will be featured on the BBC with Sue Perkins (winner of BBC conducting programme 'Maestro') and the Dinnington Colliery Band on a follow up show to the recent series.
