Contingent of funding, there is an opening for a Graduate Teaching Assistant Position in Euphonium at the University of Kansas School of Music. This position pays a stipend of $5,000 a year and the student receives half off tuition. Duties are to perform with the KU Wind Ensemble which records on Naxos Records, and teach non-major euphonium and assist with low brass ensembles and studio classes. Graduate study will be with Professor Scott Watson, Principal BBb Tuba with the Fountain City Brass Band, Director of Brass & Percussion, Besson Artist and former President of ITEA.
