Freak accident hits Burbage (Buxton)

  1. With two important concert engagements coming up over the next month, the Burbage Band has been dealt an unfortunate blow with the news that our Soprano cornet player James Gratton has suffered a freak accident at work. James has severed a tendon in his valve hand on a broken soup bowl, which means he won't be able to play his cornet for four weeks. We all wish James the very best for speedy recovery, and hope to be able to borrow a Soprano player for the coming engagements.
